Garlic Herbed Pork Chops

Garlic herbed Pork Chops, with almost loaded baked potatoes. Another hearty meal! I like to separate the package of chops when I buy them into freezer bags in sets of two. That way it is much easier to de thaw and cook for two or if you need to add a couple more you can do so in a breeze.

Meat Loaf Dinner

Oh my goodness! One of my favorite meals! I love a good meat loaf, with mash potatoes covered in white gravy and delicious buttery corn on the side! Delish! The great part about this meal is when it is just the two of you, or a large group you can easily adjust the recipe accordingly with ease. A few more potatoes, a larger meat loaf, maybe extra cans or cobs of corn. During this time of COVID-19 and needing to be quarantined meals like this are great, because you will have left overs for a day or two. 

Rainbow Jello

Who hasn’t had one of those Tupperware Jello Molds in their cabinets just waiting to be used, one day. I felt the same way. I love my Tupperware and I love Tupperware parties either online or in house. I have attended them as much as possible for years! I not only have my own collection of Tupperware but I inherited some of my mother’s too. For my jello mold, I used 4 packages of jello in rainbow colors orange, lemon, blue raspberry and grape. I had Cherry and Lime, but I used them up at Christmas time. I honestly needed more dessert dishes to pour the extra jello juice in, but I managed a few bowls of jello for snacking while we await the large mold to set up. As you see it set up well for the most part, I am thinking the fact I poured in some cherry juice from the jar of cherries that might have caused some of the mold to not set up. It is my first time in 25 years of owning this mold that I have ever used it. I will try again soon, I learned a tip I can share when mixing your jello and at then you may have some foam, do not pour the foam in, it causes the jello to have a weird texture in the area where the foam was poured in. 

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

I thought I was starting the chocolate chip cookie recipe on the back of the package, but then it called for oatmeal. That is what happens when you do not read your recipes before beginning your treats. Still a tasty treat, but I preferred my chips and oatmeal cookies to be separate. Lol!
