Spooktacular Cupcakes!


These delicious little bites of sweet yummy goodness are Chocolate Cupcakes with Vanilla Frosting and topped with Halloween sprinkles. I used one Betty Crocker Chocolate Cake Mix and 1 Tub Betty Crocker Vanilla Frosting. One regular sized cupcake pan that makes 6 and also a mini muffin pan that makes a dozen at a time in order to make the littler ones. I did not have enough icing to ice all the cupcakes with the Wilton Icing Tip 1M so it would have been nice to have had a tub of chocolate frosting to have had enough for all and still have a variety of cupcakes. 




To make these adorable little Halloween Cupcake holders I used a Cricut machine to cut them out and finished some of them off with some festive Halloween ribbon!

Rattle in my Beans!


I am talking about those Rattlesnake Beans! I wanted to share my most recent photo of dinner in the outdoors! My husband and I have just returned from a week long camping trip and this is one of our Dutch Oven meal favorites. I don't know to many recipes in the dutch oven being a beginner user. This meal  seems to get made at least once during a camping trip.
