On the fifth Day of Christmas...



Grandma’s Lemon Meringue pie is so divine. This is the second time I have ever made it, and I am so pleased with how my meringue came out on this second attempt. However, I think it would be better with a Graham Cracker crust. Not because I might have over beat my home made crust and it came out sandy, and dry. I honestly feel the tart of the lemons, and sweetness of the meringue with graham crackers would be tasty. This is very tasty, I do not mean to sound like it isn’t. It is one of those pies I think I need to perfect. Third time is the charm, to get that perfect pastry crust, and perfect meringue at the same time. :)
