Had an overabundance of chocolate buttercream frosting from making my daughter's birthday cake. Unfortunately, the cake didn't taste too good since I didn't use the bittersweet chocolate, so I needed a cake do over, I decided to make cupcakes. These cupcakes with the chocolate buttercream are to die for. So tasty! I also wanted to practice frosting with another icing tip to try and make these flower shapes on my cupcakes. I am pleased with the outcome and the flavor.
