Italian Ricotta/Cream Cheesecake


Hey again friends and followers! My intention was to make this delicious cheesecake for dessert for my Valentine. I had never made cheesecake before so I had no idea I would have to let it not only cool in oven for over 2 hours but to set in fridge for 6 hours. So I went ahead and made it and we ate it today for dessert after lunch. This particular recipe called for Ricotta cheese and after reading a few reviews and the texture being a little grainy like, it tasted delicious but I was not fond of the texture.
