Aunt B's Homemade Potato Soup


32 oz Chicken Broth/Stock
1 large Onion Diced
6 Large or 12 small potatoes peeled, chopped into small bite size cubes
1 Tablespoon Dill
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Pepper
1/2 Stick Butter
2 1/2 Cups Milk
1 Tablespoon Flour
3 Slices Cooked Bacon diced

Place Chopped Onion into pan with melted butter let cook. In separate pan place chicken stock, dill salt, pepper, milk, and let it warm up. In meantime chop potatoes and place into Chicken stock mix. Check onions when transluscent add flour mix well. When potatoes come to a boil stir in onion mixture. Add in chopped bacon. Cook till potatoes are tender. If you cooked up extra bacon you may garnish your bowl with a slice of bacon, and sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese on top.
