April Challenge: Edible Dessert Containers



The April 2011 Daring Bakers’ challenge was hosted by Evelyne of the blog Cheap Ethnic Eatz. Evelyne chose to challenge everyone to make a maple mousse in an edible container. For my challenge I created bacon bowls and filled them with salad, croutons, and they are topped with Catalina or Ranch dressing. I was in a hurry for this challenge but still intend on trying the Maple Mousse.
